Three generations, one long table.
Rooted in San Diego County, the Janeceks have deep connections with community through business ownership, philanthropy, and — most importantly — family.

Tom & Delnora Janecek
Tom and Delnora built a life in San Diego County through family, business, and community. The Fund is the structured expression of how they have always given; quietly, intentionally, and with the people they love. Being able to support San Diego in a broader way is a dream realized for Tom and Delnora. Tom and Delnora tend to identify organizations in veteran support, performing arts, and community betterment.
- Guide Dogs of America (Tom is board member)
- San Diego Musical Theater
- Warrior Foundation Freedom Station
- Lucky Duck Foundation
- Patio Playhouse

Ross Caleca & Hayley Janecek
Ross and Hayley hope that the Fund touches every part of the San Diego community the family can reach. The performing and visual arts have a particular hold on them, as does healthcare. While the two have a fairly wide reach of interests and organizations they have supported, they seek close relationships with the non-profits they support.
- San Diego Symphony Orchestra
- Mosaic Theatricals (Hayley is a board member)
- California State University San Marcos
- Neighborhood Healthcare
- Stepping Stone of San Diego
- Escondido Arts Partnership

Ryan Janecek
Ryan brings a steady hand and a sharp eye for the causes that matter to our generation of the family, and the next. He is primarily directing his gifts to organizations focused on sustainability, climate action, and improving societal functions.
- Ecolife (Ryan is a board member)
- Coastal Roots Farm
The Fund is how we extend that table outward — to the family members, close friends, and causes that have shaped us.
